Job Title: Marketing Leader

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute introduction programs, company image promotion, and product/service advertising across various media channels.
• Measure and track campaign effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to align with business objectives and ensure optimal performance.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency and high efficiency.
• Negotiate, evaluate, and collaborate with partners to establish, maintain, and enhance relationships, while monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of partnership programs and suggesting improvements as needed.
• Budget management: oversee marketing budgets to optimize costs and effectiveness.
• Market analysis: research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry trends.
• Team management: lead and develop the marketing team to ensure high productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to strategize, plan, and execute plans with goal-driven persistence.
• Preferably experience in marketing management within the F&B industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp market needs effectively.
• Leadership, communication, presentation, and delegation skills.

• Probation period: 2 months
• Salary: 15 – 25+ million VND depending on experience.
